Citibase Limited currently holds a 79.98% direct interest in Aitacom. On 23 December 2025, Casi Management Sdn. Bhd. ("CMSB") acquired the entire issued and paid-up capital of Citibase Limited from Tan Sri Dato' Surin Upatkoon. As a result, Citibase Limited is now wholly-owned by CMSB.
CMSB is deemed to have indirect interest in these Magnum's shares by virtue of Section 8(4) of the Companies Act 2016 ("CA 2016") held through Aitacom.
Tan Sri Dato' Surin Upatkoon is now deemed to have indirect interest in these Magnum's shares by virtue of Section 8(4) of the CA 2016 held through CMSB instead of Aitacom.
