On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the sealed Court Order dated 21 November 2025 (“Sealed Order”) in sanctioning the Scheme of Arrangement has been lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 24 December 2025. Pursuant thereto, the Scheme of Arrangement shall take effect on 24 December 2025 pursuant to Section 366 of the Act.
