Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 23 October 2024, 23 December 2024, 7 March 2025, 27 March 2025, 2 April 2025, 29 April 2025, 7 May 2025, 4 December 2025 and 8 December 2025 as well as the Company’s circular to shareholders dated 15 April 2025 ("Circular") in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan. Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as the Circular.
