On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, M & A Securities Sdn Bhd (“M&A Securities”) wishes to inform that the Company has complied with Rule 3.21(1)(a) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), where an applicant must secure and maintain the services of a Sponsor for at least 3 full financial years after its admission to the Official List.

The Company was listed and admitted to the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 20 January 2022. The Company no longer requires a Sponsor after its financial year ending 31 December 2025. Therefore, M&A Securities shall cease to act as the Sponsor of the Company with effect from 1 January 2026.
