Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 26 December 2025 and 31 December 2025 ("Previous Announcements") on acquisition of 168,200,000 ordinary shares representing the entire issued and paid-up capital of Valeo Malaysia CDA Sdn Bhd by Nationgate System Sdn Bhd, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of NATGATE, for a purchase price of RM60,888,000 only (subject to adjustment, if applicable) ("the Acquisition"). Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meanings stated in the Previous Announcements.

The Company wishes to announce the following additional information, the details of which are attached in this announcement:-

1. Terms of any arrangement of payment of the purchase consideration on a deferred basis.
2. Whether the lands are contiguous to each other.
3. Size of the lands.
4. Details of the factory buildings erected on the lands as follows:

          (i) The number of storeys of the buildings; and

         (ii) Built-up areas and the amount of lettable space of the buildings as well as the occupancy.
