For information, IRIS Group Berhad has assumed the listing status of IRIS Corporation Berhad on 7 January 2026. This announcement is made for IRIS Group Berhad.
(Unless otherwise defined, defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the explanatory statement cum circular of IRIS Corporation Berhad to shareholders dated 12 September 2025 in relation to the Internal Reorganisation.)
We refer to the announcements dated 18 April 2025, 18 June 2025, 26 June 2025, 15 July 2025, 6 August 2025, 20 August 2025, 27 August 2025, 28 August 2025, 4 September 2025, 10 September 2025, 15 October 2025, 23 October 2025, 27 October 2025, 21 November 2025, 9 December 2025, 10 December 2025, 15 December 2025, 24 December 2025, 2 January 2026 and 5 January 2026 in relation to the Internal Reorganisation.
On behalf of the Board of IGB, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Transfer of Listing Status has been completed today, following the de-listing of IRIS Corporation Berhad Shares and listing of and quotation for IGB Shares, in its place. Consequently, IRIS Corporation Berhad is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of IGB.
Accordingly, the Internal Reorganisation has been completed on 7 January 2026.
