The Board of Directors of Oriental Kopi wishes to clarify that the interim dividend of 1.00 sen per ordinary share was declared for the financial year ended 30 September 2025 instead of financial year ending 30 September 2026. All other information stated in the Previous Announcement remains unchanged.

Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad ("AIS"), being the Sponsor, was responsible for the admission of Oriental Kopi Holdings Berhad to the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 23 January 2025. AIS assumes no responsibility for the contents of this General Announcement.
