Further to the announcement made by Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd (“F&NHB” or “the Company”) on 30 April 2024 pertaining to the member's voluntary winding up of Elsinburg Holdings Sdn Bhd (“Elsinburg”), F&NHB wishes to announce that the Final Meeting of Elsinburg was held on 8 January 2026.

Following the Final Meeting, the Return by the Liquidator relating to the Final Meeting (“Return”) was duly lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver. Upon the expiration of three (3) months from the lodgement of the said Return, Elsinburg shall be dissolved in accordance with Section 459(5) of the Companies Act 2016.
