The Board of Directors of Oriental Kopi wishes to inform that Oriental Kopi intends to seek shareholders' approval in respect of the Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue and/or Trading Nature ("Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming Second Annual General Meeting of the Company.
