We refer to the announcements made on 9 September 2025, 10 September 2025, 4 November 2025, 10 November 2025, 16 December 2025 and 2 January 2026 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the existing number of 1,375,726,490 Shares as at the entitlement date for the Share Consolidation as at 5.00 p.m. on 16 January 2026 (“Entitlement Date”) will be consolidated into 343,931,610 Consolidated Shares pursuant to the Share Consolidation.

The 343,931,610 Consolidated Shares will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 19 January 2026, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date.
