Reference is made to Bursa Malaysia Berhad's (“Bursa Malaysia”) letter dated 14 April 2025 in relation to the Approved Manager's Units and Paradigm REIT’s prospectus dated 16 May 2025 (“Prospectus”). Unless otherwise stated, words and phrases used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Prospectus.
For the period from 1 October 2025 to 31 December 2025, the Manager has elected to receive its management fees via new units in PARADIGM REIT (“Units”). Based on the issue price of RM0.9951 per Unit, being the 5-day volume weighted average price of PARADIGM REIT (“5-Day VWAP”) up to and including 23 January 2026, 804,832 new Units will be issued to the Manager as management fees (“Issuance”). The details of the management fees are calculated as follows:
