Reference is made to Bursa Malaysia Berhad's letter dated 14 April 2025 in relation to the listing of and quotation for up to 20.0 million units in Paradigm Real Estate Investment Trust ("Paradigm REIT") as payment of management fees to Paradigm REIT Management Sdn Bhd (''Manager'') on a staggered basis ("Approved Manager's Units"), announcement dated 26 January 2026 and Paradigm REIT's prospectus dated 16 May 2025 ("Prospectus"). Unless otherwise stated, words and phrases used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Prospectus.
The Manager's management fees for the period from 1 October 2025 to 31 December 2025 was RM3,203,555.92, out of which 25% i.e. RM800,888.98 is paid via new units in Paradigm REIT. Based on the issue price of RM0.9951 per Unit, being the 5-day volume weighted average price of Paradigm REIT up to and including 23 January 2026, the Manager has received 804,832 new Units as management fees and is holding 1,807,154 Units or 0.11% immediately after such issue. |
