Further to the announcement dated 14 October 2025 (“Earlier Announcement”) in relation to the acquisition of electric vehicle charging points (“Proposed Transaction”), the Board of Directors of Meta Bright Group Berhad (“MBGB” or the “Company”) wishes to announce the following updates arising from a supplemental confirmation letter entered into between Meta Bright Energy Sdn. Bhd. (“MBE”), Meta Bright ChargeSini Sdn. Bhd. (“MBC”) and ChargeHere EV Solution Sdn. Bhd. (“ChargeHere”).
