Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the Company’s announcements in relation to the Company triggering Paragraph 8.03A.

Reference is made to the Company’s first announcement dated 25 March 2022 and subsequent announcements in relation to the Company triggering the prescribed criteria pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A(2)(b) of Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) (“MMLR”).

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the application in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan has been approved by Bursa Securties on 6 January 2026.

The Company had on 20 January 2026 issued a circular in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan to the shareholders of the Company. The extraordinary general meeting to seek approval from the Company’s shareholders for the Proposed Regularisation Plan has been scheduled to be held on 11 February 2026.

The Company will make the necessary announcement(s) on the above matter as and when there are material developments.
