We refer to the First Announcement made by the Company on 25 October 2019 in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer under PN17,and the subsequent monthly announcements in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed corporation pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A of the Listing Requirements. The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that M&A Securities, on behalf of the Company, had announced the Requisite Announcement in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan on 16 January 2026, and subsequently announced the variations to the Proposed Regularisation Plan on 27 January 2026. On 29 January 2026, M&A Securities submitted the additional listing application in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan to Bursa Securities. The Company will make the necessary announcement with regard to any development on the above matter. |
