The Company wishes to inform that the case management for the Main Suit and the hearing of the Plaintiff’s application under Order 14A of the Rules of Court 2012 (Disposal of Case on a Point of Law), which were originally fixed for 4 February 2026, did not proceed due to disruption to the Court’s e-filing system.
Accordingly, the Court has directed as follows:
