The Board of Directors of IWCity wishes to announce that Bayou Bay Development Sdn. Bhd. (“BBDSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of IWCity, has on 10 February 2026 entered into a legally binding term sheet with WB Southern Sdn Bhd (“WBSB” or the “Purchaser”) for the disposal of a piece of leasehold vacant land held under HS(D) 623810, PTD 229047 Mukim of Plentong, District of Johor Bahru, State of Johor measuring approximately 16.426 acres (“Land”) for a cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Seventy-One Million Five Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-Five (RM 71,552,635.00) only (“Disposal Consideration”)(“Proposed Disposal”).
