Pursuant to paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and paragraph 3 of Practice Note 11 of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of CGB wishes to announce that the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by its wholly-owned sub-subsidiary, Proventus Bina Sdn. Bhd. as at 31 December 2025 to facilitate the ordinary course of business of CGB Group is set out below:-
The financial assistance provided does not have any material impact on the earnings per share and net assets per share of CGB Group for the financial period ended 31 December 2025.
