Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning defined in the Company’s announcements dated 5 August 2022, 10 August 2022, 12 August 2022, 6 September 2022, 17 October 2022, 19 December 2022, 22 December 2023, 10 January 2024, 6 December 2024, 10 December 2024, 7 January 2025, 9 April 2025, 2 October 2025, 11 February 2026 and 25 February 2026 (collectively, the “Announcements”) except where the context otherwise requires.

We refer to the Company’s Announcements in respect of the above, and wish to announce that the High Court in Kuala Lumpur had, on 6 March 2026, granted leave for FFM to commence judicial review proceedings against the CAT's Decision. The High Court has also granted an ad interim stay of the CAT’s Decision and the MyCC’s Decision pending the determination of FFM’s stay application. FFM’s stay application seeks to stay all enforcement, execution, recovery or consequential proceedings, including the enforcement of the CAT’s Decision and the MyCC’s Decision pending the disposal of FFM’s judicial review application. FFM has yet to be informed of the date for the inter partes hearing of its stay application.

To reiterate, the “MyCC’s Decision” refers to the findings by MyCC dated 11 December 2023 that FFM had infringed Section 4(1) read together with Section 4(2)(a) of the Competition Act 2010. The “CAT’s Decision” refers to the decision by the CAT on 11 February 2026 dismissing FFM’s appeal against the MyCC’s Decision and affirming the MyCC’s Decision. The MyCC’s Decision and the CAT’s Decision will henceforth be collectively referred to as the “Decisions”.

Further announcements will be made when there is any material development on this matter.
