The Board of Directors of SCIB would like to inform that the Court has allowed SCIB and SCIBP’s application for leave to amend the Amended Writ and Amended Statement of Claim both dated 18 April 2025 (Enclosure 83) with costs of RM 1,500.00 to be paid to each of the Defendants.
The next Case Management has been fixed on 19 June 2026.
SCIB will make the necessary announcements as and when there are further material updates.
