We refer to the above subject matter.

In accordance with Section 9(3) of the Capital Markets and Services (Price Stabilization Mechanism) Regulations 2008, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad, being the stabilising manager in respect of the IPO, wishes to announce that the last date of the stabilisation period is 17 April 2026.

During the stabilisation period between 18 March 2026 and 17 April 2026, we have not undertaken any stabilising action in relation to the IPO.

In conjunction with the cessation of the stabilising action on 17 April 2026, on even date, we have also fully exercised the over-allotment option in respect of the IPO ("Over-allotment Option") for a total of 295,349,400 Shares granted by Sunway City Sdn Bhd and Greenwood Capital Pte Ltd (collectively, the "Over-allotment Option Providers"). The proceeds from the exercise of the Over-allotment Option will be returned to the Over-allotment Option Providers.
