The Board of Directors of WTHORSE wishes to inform that the Company is proposing to seek for the approval of its shareholders on the Proposals at the forthcoming Twenty-Eighth Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened at a date to be notified later.

 

A Circular/ Statement to the Shareholders containing information  in relation to the Proposals will be made available to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
