The Board of Directors of KPS Consortium Berhad ("KPSCB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, KPS Plywood Sdn. Bhd. had on 30 April 2026 

entered into three (3) separate sale and purchase agreements with Nautical Wealth Sdn. Bhd. (In Liquidation) acting by and through the appointed liquidator, Mr. Chong Chuan Long, for the 

purchase of thirty (30) parcels of freehold land with factories erected thereon all located at Taman Industri Nautical Rawang in Mukim Rawang, Daerah Gombak, Negeri Selangor for a total cash 

consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Forty-Five Million Five Hundred Thousand (RM45,500,000.00) only.
