Following the completion of the bookbuilding process under the Institutional Offering on 7 May 2026, on behalf of the Company, Maybank IB, being the Principal Adviser wishes to announce that the Institutional Price and the Final Retail Price have been fixed on 8 May 2026, as set out below:

 

INSTITUTIONAL PRICE - RM0.88 PER IPO SHARE

 

FINAL RETAIL PRICE - RM0.88 PER IPO SHARE

 

The Retail Offering closed at 5.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 6 May 2026.
