Ms. Dorman has over 25 years of executive experience in Europe and Asia with leading organisations such as McKinsey, Morgan Stanley, Orange, Maxis, Acibadem Healthcare Group and MV Holding with extensive exposure across the full business lifecycle including start-ups, growth, spin-offs, joint ventures, acquisitions, integrations and initial public offerings (IPOs). She has extensive expertise in venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, strategy, business development, strategic marketing, sales and digital transformation, and multiple sectors including technology, telecommunications, banking, payment systems, hospitality, wellness and healthcare.

She has served as a chairwoman and director since 2015 on a diverse range of boards spanning large corporates, technology companies, investment funds and non-governmental organisations (NGOs).
