We refer to the previous announcements dated 24 November 2025, 28 November 2025, 22 December 2025 and 23 February 2026 in relation to the Proposed Joint Venture. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the said announcements shall apply herein.

 

The Company wishes to announce that VC and CPD have mutually agreed to further extend the time for the fulfilment of the conditions precedent as stipulated in the JVA, from 23 May 2026 to 4 June 2026, in order to allow the Parties additional time to satisfy the said conditions precedent.
