Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 23 October 2024, 23 December 2024, 7 March 2025, 27 March 2025, 2 April 2025, 29 April 2025, 7 May 2025, 4 December 2025, 8 December 2025, 30 December 2025, 21 January 2026 and 23 January 2026 ("Announcements") as well as the Company's circular to shareholders dated 15 April 2025 ("Circular") in relation to the Regularisation Plan. Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as the Circular.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 19 May 2026, informed that after due consideration of all facts and circumstances, Bursa Securities has decided to allow Capital A's application for an early upliftment from being classified as an affected listed issuer pursuant to Paragraph 8.04 and PN17 of the Listing Requirements.

The upliftment of Capital A from being classified as a PN17 company will be effective from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 20 May 2026.
