The Board of Directors of SCBUILD/0109 wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming 20th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened.

The Circular to Shareholders containing the details of the Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate will be issued together with the Annual Report for the financial period ended 31 January 2026 to the shareholders in due course.
