Subsequent to the letters of conditional approval from the Malaysian Investment Development Authority ("MIDA") for access to the ARM Compute Subsystem ("CSS") token and the AFA token in April 2026, the Board of Directors of SkyeChip ("Board") wishes to announce that SkyeChip has entered into a definitive agreement with MIDA for access to the AFA token pursuant to the strategic cooperation programme between the Government of Malaysia and ARM.

The Board also wishes to inform that SkyeChip is still in the midst of reviewing and evaluating the terms and conditions of the definitive agreement for access to the CSS token.
