(VI)	PROPOSED DISPOSALS

(COLLECTIVELY, THE "PROPOSALS")

(Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those stated in the previous announcements in relation to the Proposals.)

 

Reference is made to the announcements dated 30 March 2026 and 16 April 2026 in relation to the extension of time until 30 June 2026 to comply with Rule 9.32(1)(a) of the Listing Requirements pertaining to the submission of the Circular for the Proposed Disposals and the Proposed Property Investment Diversification, respectively.

 

On behalf of the Board, M & A Securities wishes to announce that an application has been submitted to Bursa Securities to seek an extension of time up to 30 September 2026 to submit a draft combined Circular in relation to the Proposals, comprising the following:

 

(i) Proposed Renewable Energy Diversification;

 

(ii) Proposed Acquisition;

 

(iii) Proposed Property Investment Diversification;

 

(iv) Proposed Amendments;

 

(v) Proposed Joint Venture; and

 

(vi) Proposed Disposals.
