The Board of Directors of SD Property wishes to announce that the Shah Alam High Court ("High Court") had, on 10 July 2026, delivered its decision in a land reference matter involving Sime Darby Property (Klang) Sdn Bhd ("SDP Klang"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, in relation to the compensation for severance and injurious affection arising from the compulsory acquisition of seven (7) plots of land measuring 504,101.00 sqm for the West Coast Expressway project ("Land Reference Matter").
