The Board of Directors of Tanco wishes to announce that Tanco Supplies Sdn. Bhd., (Registration No. 199301029944 (284683-H)) ("TSSB"), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 14 July 2026 entered into a Memorandum of Agreement ("MOA") with Halaman Mantap Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 200501007783 (684830-X)) ("HMSB") pertaining to the supply of armour rocks to support the reclamation works ("Reclamation Works") of the proposed development of a Smart AI Container Port in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan by Midports Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202301040705 (1534624-A)) ("MHSB"), a 79% direct subsidiary of Tanco ("Midport Project").
