Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 8 April 2026 ("First Announcement") and announcements dated 21 April 2026, 20 May 2026, 13 July 2026 and 17 July 2026 (collectively, "Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, after due consideration of all facts and circumstances of the matter particularly, in view of the appointment of TA Securities as the Sponsor on 17 July 2026, pursuant to the Company's responses to Bursa Securities' notice to show cause dated 10 July 2026 on 17 July 2026, vide its letter dated 23 July 2026 decided not to suspend the trading of the securities of Vinvest and de-list Vinvest from the Official List of Bursa Securities.
