We refer to the announcements made on 7 April 2026, 9 April 2026, 29 June 2026 and 10 July 2026 in relation to amongst others, the Acquisition of VSure Tech ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company and the Vendor (collectively, the "Parties") had on 11 August 2026 entered into a letter of extension to extend the Cut-Off Date for the fulfilment of the conditions precedent under the SSA dated 7 April 2026 for a further period of 1 month until 7 September 2026, to provide additional time for the Parties to fulfil the conditions precedent pursuant to the SSA.

Save for the above, all other terms and conditions of the SSA remain unchanged.
