The Board of Directors of Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that YABhg General Dato' Seri DiRaja Tan Sri (Dr.) Mohd Zahidi bin Haji Zainuddin (R) has ceased to be the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 24 August 2026.

The Board has appointed YBhg Dato' Maznah binti Abdul Jalil, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, as the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, and assumes the role and responsibilities of the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 24 August 2026.
