We refer to the announcements dated 18 June 2026, 20 July 2026, 21 July 2026, 19 August 2026 and the circular dated 21 July 2026 to the shareholders of KYM in relation to the Proposals ("Circular"). Unless otherwise defined, words and phrases used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Circular.

 

On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that the Company had on 26 August 2026, via its legal counsel, filed a petition to the Court to obtain confirmation of the Court for the Proposed Capital Reduction. The outcome of the petition will be announced in due course.
