Reference is made to the announcement dated 1 September 2026 in relation to the proposed reduction of RM83,000,000 of the issued share capital of M N C Wireless pursuant to Section 117 of the Companies Act 2016 ("Proposed Capital Reduction").

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company and Sierac Corporate Advisers Sdn. Bhd. ("Sierac") have mutually agreed to terminate Sierac's services as the adviser of the Company in respect of the Proposed Capital Reduction ("Termination").

Following the Termination, TA Securities Holdings Berhad has been appointed as the Adviser of the Company in respect of the Proposed Capital Reduction.
