The Board of Directors of G3 Global Berhad ("G3" or "the Company") wishes to announce that G3 (as the Plaintiff) had on 28 September 2026 filed a Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim in the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court, bearing Civil Suit No. WA-B52NCvC-444-09/2026, against Iris Information Technology System Sdn. Bhd. (as the Defendant), a wholly-owned subsidiary of IRIS Corporation Berhad for failure and refusal to pay the outstanding sum payable to G3 within the contractual credit period and beyond which has constituted a fundamental breach of the contract.
