We refer to the Company’s first announcement made on 15 January 2018 in relation to PN 17 of the Main Market LR.
The Company had on 20 December 2018 made an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad seeking approval for extension of time for further six (6) months to submit the Regularisation Plan and the decision is still pending todate.
The Board wishes to inform that the Company is still formulating the Regularisation Plan and there is no major development todate. The Company will make the necessary announcements on the Regularisation Plan in accordance with the requirements under PN17 of the Main LR.
This announcement serves as the monthly announcement required under Paragraph 4.1(c) of PN17 of the Main LR.
