Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 9 October 2018 (Reference No. GA1-09102018-00004) and 11 October 2018 (Reference No. GA1-11102018-00058) ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, all terms and acronyms used herein shall have the same meaning assigned to them in the Announcements.The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the relevant Conditions Precedent for the sale and transfer of the Chilled Dairy Business have been satisfied in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Business Transfer Agreement and the payment of RM14.2 million as the purchase consideration for the Chilled Dairy Business has been received by Nestlé Products Sdn. Bhd. on 31st December 2018.Thus, the sale and transfer of the Chilled Dairy Business by Nestlé Products Sdn. Bhd. to Lactalis Trading Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. has been completed on 1st January 2019 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Business Transfer Agreement.This announcement dated 2nd January 2019. |
