| The Board of Directors of Golden Frontier Berhad has proposed a final dividend of 4.5 sen per share, tax exempt, in respect of financial year ended 30 September 2007 in its announcement of the 4th quarterly results for the period ended 30 September 2007 on 29 November 2007. This dividend is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company which is to be held on 27 March 2008. This announcement is dated 4 March 2008. |
