Further to the announcements dated 13 September 2019, 25 September 2019, 23 October 2019, 12 November 2019, 21 November 2019, 20 January 2020, 6 February 2020, 1 April 2020 and 30 April 2020, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that during the Hearing held on 8 July 2020, the Court has decided the following:-
a) The application of Summary Judgement (Enclosure 21) is allowed with costs of RM 15,000.00 awarded in favour of the Plaintiff. b) Inter-Parte hearing for Mareva Injunction (Enclosure 4) is dismissed with costs of RM10, 000.00 awarded in favour of the Defendant. c) Case Management on 8 July 2020 for First 3rd Party Application for setting aside Third Party Notice (Enclosure 43) was vacated.
The Company will make further announcement on the developments of the above matter as and when necessary.
