Following the Movement Control Order 2.0 (“MCO 2.0”) period as imposed by the Government to contain the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak in Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had on 17 February 2021 granted a 1-month extension for listed corporations to issue their quarterly reports and annual reports that include annual audited financial statements and the auditors' and directors' reports, which are due by 28 February 2021, 31 March 2021 and 30 April 2021.

Due to the current extended MCO 2.0 till 4 March 2021 by the Government on specific States, the Board of Directors of IWCITY wishes to inform that the Company will utilise the said extension of time granted by Bursa Securities to release and submit its Quarterly Report for the period ended 31 December 2020 by 31 March 2021.
