The Board of Directors (“Board”) of MNC wishes to announce that the Company had performed the following transactions within the past twelve (12) months:-
(a) during the period from 13 August 2020 to 25 February 2021, acquired in aggregate 6.15% or 99,010,000 ordinary shares of MGB for an aggregate sum of RM8,635,264.00 in cash from open market (“the Acquisition”); and
(b) during the period from 21 September 2020 to 1 March 2021, disposed in aggregate 8.45% or 136,102,475 ordinary shares of MGB for an aggregate sum of RM15,031,339.00 in cash via open market (“the Disposal”).
(The Disposal and the Acquisition are collectively referred to as “Transactions”).
