PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 20% OF THE ISSUED ORDINARY SHARES IN DHB ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

We refer to the announcements dated 16 February 2021, 23 February 2021, 2 March 2021, 4 March 2021 and 21 April 2021 (collectively referred to as “Announcements”) in relation to the Private Placement. Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, KAF IB wishes to announce that the Board had on 23 April 2021 fixed the number of Placement Shares for the first tranche of the Private Placement comprising up to 50,000,000 new DHB Shares.
