In view of the issuance by the Prime Minister’s office of an official statement on 28 May 2021 announcing the implementation of a Full Movement Control Order which involved the imposition of a total nationwide lockdown, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had vide its letter dated 16 June 2021 granted a 1-month extension of time until 30 September 2021 for listed issuers to announce their quarterly reports for the financial period ended 30 June 2021 which are falling due by 31 August 2021.
Having taken into account of the challenges being faced by the Group in finalising its Fourth quarter report during such a restrictive lockdown period, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Company will utilise the aforesaid extension of time granted by Bursa Securities and will ensure that the Fourth quarter report is finalised and announced by 30 September 2021.
