Pursuant to Rule 9.04(g) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Company wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aneka Jaringan Sdn. Bhd. (“AJSB”) had on 12 January 2022 received a notification from its appointed solicitors that a payment claim by AJSB against Impero Land Sdn. Bhd. (“Impero Land”) under Section 5 of Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 had been served against Impero Land on 11 January 2022 through AJSB’s appointed solicitors for the total sum of RM5,271,137.48 (“Outstanding Sum”), the breakdown of which is as follows:-

This is a claim by AJSB for works done and duly certified amounting to the Outstanding Sum incurred from 23 January 2021 to 9 December 2021 pursuant to the Letter of Award dated 19 October 2020 bearing reference no.: ILSB/PD/LA/AJSB/001 signed/accepted on 21 October 2020 whereby AJSB was engaged by Impero Land as the main contractor for the project known as:
“Cadangan Pembangunan Pangsapuri Residensi Wilayah Yang Mengandungi:
(a) 1 Blok Pangsapuri 51 Tingkat (629 Unit) Di Aras 2 Hingga Aras 50 Yang Terdiri Daripada Pangsapuri, Ruang Mekanikal, Ruang Kemudahan Dan 2 Unit Kedai Di Aras Tanah.
(b) 1 Blok Kompleks Tempat Letak Kereta Yang Terdiri Daripada
- 7 Tingkat Tempat Letak Kereta Separa Besmen Di Aras LG6 Hingga LG1
- 9 Tingkat Tempat Letak Kereta Di Aras Tanah Hingga Aras 8
- 1 Tingkat Kemudahan Dan Rekreasi Di Aras 8
