We refer to the Company’s announcements on 20 September 2022 and 21 October 2022. Unless indicated otherwise, all terms and expression used herein shall have the same meaning assigned to them under the previous announcement.

The Company wishes to announce that the Court Convened Meeting was held on 15 November 2022, 10 a.m. for the Scheme Creditors to consider and vote on the proposed scheme of arrangement (“Proposed Scheme”) between the Company and the Scheme Creditors.

The Company is pleased to further announce that the Proposed Scheme has been approved by the requisite majority of the Scheme Creditors. The Company’s solicitors will be filing the cause papers to obtain the Court’s sanction on the Proposed Scheme.

The Company will be making further and additional announcements as and when there are future developments in relation to the Court’s sanction, the Proposed Scheme and/or other matters arising therefrom.
