The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 20 May 2022, 23 May 2022, 21 June 2022 and 22 June 2022 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that it had, on 5 December 2022, submitted the application to Bursa Securities to seek its approval for an extension of time for the Company to implement and complete the Private Placement.
