We refer to the Company’s announcements on 20 September 2022, 21 October 2022 and 15 November 2022. Unless indicated otherwise, all terms and expression used herein shall have the same meaning assigned to them under the previous announcement. The Company is pleased to announce that at the hearing on 19 December 2022, the Proposed Scheme has been approved by the Court and is now binding on the Company and the Scheme Creditors in accordance with Sections 366(3) and 366(4) of the Companies Act 2016 (“Order”). A copy of the Order is to be lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia. The Company will be making further announcements as and when there are future developments in relation to the Proposed Scheme and/or other matters arising therefrom. This announcement is dated 20 December 2022. |
